The RCC Employee Help Desk is available to assist staff and faculty with technology needs.  Please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

 

Technology Help Ticket

Technical Support - For all requests for technical support, click the Technology Help Ticket button and complete a help ticket. Technical support includes, but is not limited to: hardware, software, email, Blackboard, and the SIS. This is a web based ticket system and can be accessed from any computer with Internet access. Maintenance Work Order

Blackboard and Email Help

Atomic Learning

Short tutorials on a variety of topics including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Blackboard. Click on the Atomic Learning button.

 

Eluminate Logo Elluminate is a web conferencing system that allows instructors to interact with their students in real time.  Many instructors in our distance learning program use this program to facilitate online office hours.
